We really hope you’ll love your purchase, but in the unlikely event that the product does not meet your expectations, you may return the unused item within 7 days for a refund.
To arrange for a return, log in to your account where you will be able to see your completed orders. Go to the order you wish to return and click the "request return" button. Please fill out the form and let us know the reason for your return and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. On receiving your request we will get back to you and let you know how to proceed.
If you have forgotten your account password, or you used the checkout in "guest" mode, you can request a refund/return by simply sending an email via the contact page.
In the event that we have sent you an incorrect or damaged item we will replace the item and pay for the shipping of the replacement, or offer you a refund. In the event that you have changed your mind or simply don't like the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping of the item and also for the shipping costs associated with the replacement.
Any refund owing will be made to the Paypal account from which the original payment came. In the case of a bank deposit, a refund will be issued by cheque. We do this to protect both ourselves and you, as bank deposits are hard to prove and we want to make sure you receive your refund without any problems.
