Q: Who can shop here?

A: Anyone! We sell both retail and wholesale. Our website displays retail pricing for those of you who are looking for buttons for a craft or sewing project. If you would like a bulk order of buttons please contact us for more pricing options.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We ship all over the world using Australia Post international mail services. Please allow an average of 20-30 business days for delivery internationally. Some areas may take longer.

Q: I NEEEEEEEEED my buttons urgently! How quickly can you ship them to me?

A: We understand. We're crafters too. We post our retail orders within 3 business days (usually the same or very next day). If you select Express Post at checkout the usual delivery time is 1-2 days to most locations within Australia. 

Q: How many buttons are in a retail/bulk pack?

A: In the description of each listing you will find the quantity for each item. Many of the packs contain a different quantity of buttons. 

Q: I only want one or two buttons, can you break a pack for me?

A: Unfortunately, we can't break packs but why not buy a pack and save some for a rainy day?
